The artist uses seven songs composed by Hugo Alfvén in 1908 based on poems written by art collector Ernest Thiel as the artistic and historical starting point for a suite of audio encounters, proposing lyrical and critical encounters between poems, songs and artworks from the permanent collection of Stockholm's Thielska Galleriet. In addition to narration by the artist, the Interludes feature the voices of Thielska Director Patrik Steorn, artist Gunilla Josephson as well as piano by Anna Christenson, singing by Mattias Nilsson and violin by Martin Lissola.
